Office Chair Refurbishment
A batch of executive office chairs re-foamed, recovered and re-gassed.
The brief
Overview
A batch of executive chairs across an office, re-foamed, recovered in new leatherette and fitted with new gas lifts and castors.
The challenge
Replacing the whole set was a significant capital cost for an SME, but the chairs were visibly tired in front of clients.
What we did
The chair bases and mechanisms were fine; only the soft parts had failed. Refurbishing the batch cost well under a third of replacement and turned them around over a weekend.
